p2 oz. Pisco 100 Acholado pisco (Peru)/pp1 oz. St. Germain liqueur /pp3/4 oz. fresh lime juice/pp1/2 egg white/pp1 dash Regans' Orange Bitters No. 6/ppAdd all ingredients to mixing glass and dry-shake for 5 seconds. Add ice and shake for 10 seconds. Fine-strain into chilled coupe or footed Sour glass. Garnish with orange peel. /pGetty Images
